Let P = 0.123123123....

We note that it recurs at every three digits.

Hence multiply by '1000' (Three zeroes

1000P = 123.123123123.....

Subtract

999P = 123 ( Note the recurring decimals subtract to 'zero'.

The multiplication shifts the decimal point three places to the right.

Hence

P = 123/999

Cancel down by '3'

P = 41/333 = 0.123123123.... THe answer!!!!!
