What are the Types of room service?

There are two types of room service. They are:

• Centralized in which all order are processed from the main kitchen and sent to the rooms by a common team of waiters/waitresses.
• Decentralized in which each floor or set of floors have separate pantries to service them. In this type of service, orders are taken at a central point and are conveyed to the proper pantry.
