Yes. Many states charge older juveniles as adults, using adult courts and adult penalties. If they choose to treat you as a child, you may still be placed in a juvenile correction facility. Depends where you fight at.. If its in Bar you just get kicked out and you won't go to jail. In school you just Detenion or supsencen or something like that if you fight in public you go to jail for like just couple of days or a month or less
