What is the difference oxycodone tramadol?

Type your answer here... my doctor just prescribe me some Tramadol. I been using Precocet for six years now. my doctor is trying to reduce my use of precocet. I needed what in Tramadol because I allergic to hydrocodone and codine. I didn't want to have a allergic reacton from tramadol.
