How do you show proof of aderrall prescription for probation?

You need a doctors prescription made out in your name for the drug. If you have lost the prescription then you need to get your doctor to confirm (in writing) that he/she did indeed prescribe the drug for you, how much he/she prescribed and why you needed it.
