How do you make cement mix without cement?

How to make cement mix all you need: 1.half a cup of water 2.two handfuls of sand 3.paint (any colour) 4.glue 5.bowl 6. a wooden spoon What to do: pour the water into the bowl and put the sand in the bowl. Then pour some paint in but not to much then get the wooden spoon and stir until it is smoothed and mixed. Then add some glue and then stir. Then leave it For a hour then check if it has hardened. Check on it until it is almost dry but not, then if you want you can shape the cement into stuff or just leave it. Hope it works!!! love tekeisha and charlotte
