No. Not too seriously anyway. Killing animals is said to be an early genetic marker for mureders and insanity but not always. It is normal to think "Im gonna kill that guy. It is not normal to plot it out or do it.
Kids growing up seeing animals killed by adults. Flies, mice, and if they are hunters, deer.

Some devout Buddhists will do their best to not even step on ants, for they feel they should respect all life, unlike our Old Testament view. There are mouse traps that allow one to trap a mouse and release far from the house, instead of laying a genuinely painful trap. One must think about one's conscience. Does he value life? Does he believe in karma? Isn't kindness to all non=threatening life the best choice?
ONe should never take another's life, neither should the state since there is proof we have executed innocent people.
Okay so maybe its normal to kill animals... but WRONG especially if its just because, and its especially un normal to wanna kill people, unless your not serious with it.. maybe your just angry with them than its usually a normal feeling. but be sure you dont do it.
