It's the only place in the USA where you can completely cut loose and literally party every minute of every hour of every day if you so desired. I mean, come on, the Palms Casino has a nightclub dedicated to Playboy, and a Hugh Hefner Sky Villa to complement it. What other city in the world can boast that? None I know of. Don't believe me??
