Is the tanzanian blue ringed scolopendra and scolopendra morsitans the same?

To my knowledge the blue ring centipede is actually Ethmostigmus trigonopodus, but is often sold in the pet trade (incorrectly) as S. morsitans. S. morsitans is actually the scientific name for the Egyptian emerald centipede. Anyway that's all I know.
