What song is full of threats and warns about santa Claus?

There's a song from the cartoon series Futurama that meets that description. The lyrics include "you better not breathe, you better not move, you're better off dead, I'm telling you dude, Santa Claus is gunning you down."I'm also aware of a version from a couple of decades ago that said "he's making a list, he's checking it twice, you better be good, or pay the price" but I can't remember who sang that one.
Both of these are, if you can't tell, variants on the song "Santa Claus Is Coming to Town."
