Yes many people are concerned about the dwindling amount of sea turtles left in the world. Normally, if you go to a place that has sea turtles in it, they will tell you certain restrictions about the animals, such as not being allowed to swim there, walk there, or eat and drink around there as to not harm the sea turtles.
