Can you take Allegra with antibiotics?

I am taking cipro for bronchitis and my Pharmacy at Target said that I could take Allegra Allergy with no problem...it make stay awake all night and day...i was hiposensive...my mind would not stop and most times where overwhelming...they say you can ..but i wouldnt
