Did rain interrupt the Jefferson Airplane morning set at Woodstock 1969?

I got to Woodstock on Sunday afternoon Aug 17, 1969. The first band I saw play was Grace Slick and the Jefferson Airplane. I'm trying to find out if it rained before I got there. Did rain cause the Airplane to have an afternoon set or was it some other reason?
