Is it illegal or unethical to call Representatives and Senators of the US Congress (through the capitol switchboard for instance) who are from states that aren't mine Since I am not their constituent?
It's certainly not illegal, nor would I say it's unethical (although that's my opinion), but considering you are not someone they represent, they have very little reason to listen to a Word you say.
