Is vicodin 10's stronger than vicodin 750?

They are the same. Both have the same amount of Hydrocodone. The only difference is that Vicodin has 300mg more Acetaminophen. Acetaminophen compliments the effect of Hydrocodone, so it can feel stronger but is worse for your liver. 675mg is nothing to worry about but go with the Norco for recreation.

Acetaminophen gets dangerous around 2,000mg at once; 4,000mg in a day.
