Why do you think you want to work for our company?

It is a good idea to come up with an answer to why you want to work for particular firm well in advance of your interview. Research the firm to see what they are about, and where they are headed. Use this information in your answer. You could for example say that the company is a leader in their field and that you would be able to grow with the company.
