How do you set the clock on 2000 BMW 318i m?

on the board in front of you there is two sticks, the first on the left will put your Km on zero , the second will help you to set the clock by rotating it to the left (this will decrease minutes) or to the right (to increase the minutes). if you press it you will change the clock from am pm to 24:00 .
