How do you adjust the headlights on a 2003 passat for European driving Apparently there is a switch?

European Passats have a headlight leveling switch located to the left of the steering wheel (on Left Hand Drive cars). It's purpose is to provide the ability to adjust your headlights if you have a heavy load in the back of the car.

If you are moving to England you need to replace your LHD headlights with Right Hand Drive headlights. There is also an aiming adjustment on the headlights themselves.
