When was the first invented the first dictornary?

The earliest date I could find for the first English language was in 1538 written by Sir Thomas Eybt and then several follow. An Italian-English one was produced in 1598 by John Florio. The most influential has been the one produced by Samuel Johnson published April 15, 1755.
