You can't get menses 4-5 days early. Menstruation starts when it is due in accordance to your menstrual cycle, you can't speed-up your menstrual cycle or skip phases of your menstrual cycle to start your period earlier than it's due to start. There's no reason to try to speed-up when your period starts.
