Why did Marjis parents send her to Austria while they stayed in Tehran?

Marji's parents send her to Austria, because her school in Iran gets clsoed down because she gets kicked out of school for hitting her principle when her principle says jelwlery isn't acceptable and marji declines giving it to her, for she says its a present from her uncle annosh. Therefore being expelled and wanting to continue in a french school wasnt an option for there wasnt any others, so they decided to send her to one of the best french schools in Europe for education purposes.
