How long does it take to grill a steak?

Cooking a steak well done would entirely depend on the size and thickness of the steak. The rule of thumb is that steaks must be about 2cm in thickness to accurately cook along with the time in order to achieve the right "doneness". A 2cm thick steak can be cooked well done in 5-6 minutes.
