IS a singers job a good paying job?

There are several variables to consider. Before we discuss that let's look at how much some singers make a year. Miley Cyrus makes 40 million a year, Katy Perry makes 5 million a year, and in 2009 Carrie Underwood made 14 million. Now let's consider the variables.

#1 All of the singers above are famous, you might not become famous and end up singing at a hotel and earning about $30,000 to $50,000 a year which isn't great.

#2 You cannot plan for becoming a professional singer because people could always turn you down and you not thinking dropped out of high school and didn't go to college because all of your friends told you you had a great voice and told you to become a singer. Now you're flipping burgers.

#3 This wouldn't be my personal career path. So I say singing in hotel or in a bar is not a good paying job, however if you get discovered like Carrie Underwood and end up making 14 million dollars a year good for you and the answer to your'e question would be YES with no hesitation.
