This only my limited knowledge of the matter, others can contribute and improve.
if we are talking about orgasm, then many women cannot reach orgasm by sexual intercourse alone, some require oral or digital stimulation directly on the clitoris.
Time is also a factor for women, women take a longer time to reach orgasm than do men, therefore you need longer stimulation.
If we are talking about the release of fluids ('cum') upon reaching stimulation ("squirting', or 'cumming") then not all women show a release of a large amount of fluid when they reach orgasm and it may not be evident. If you are not becoming lubricated (getting 'wet') during intercourse then there may be an underlying medical condition therefore see your doctor.
