Using a bundt cake pan instead of muffin tin?

A Bundt pan is a fluted, ring-shaped cake pan, often made of considerably thicker metal than a normal cake pan. Bundt is a trademark of Nordic Ware, but the shape of pan is made by many companies under a variety of names.
