I have not had a period for 9 weeks now i had a very faint line on a home test then a few days of spotting then a negative blood test i have breast tenderness and feeling and being sick am i pregnant?

I would go see my OB-GYN to be on the safe side. They can either do a blood or pee test to confirm if you are pregnant.
