When was Summerhill School created?

Summerhill was opened in 1921. Founder of school was A.S. Neill. He had idea to form first democratic school hat has no rules as every other school we know. School is leading by students, teachers and other members of comunity. They all have meetings were each vote is equal no matter if you are student or teacher. Everyone can say their opinion on meetings, aks questions, give propositions, and others are voting.
