Why does fast food make you feel so bad afterwards?

I know what you mean i had that before.. well it could be because you were really hungry and you ate too fast and your stomach gets a big amount of food to digest and it cant take it that fast and it hurts.. or it could be because they didn't fully cook something like meat or a hamburger and that could also be the reason it could hurt.
