Would like to know the value on a 1977 nashua mobile home?

Like any mobile home this is dependent on a number of factors. -How well the structure has been treated, what shape the Plumbing is in , if new appliances are fitted, what the park is like, etc. - Like any mobile or house, it needs a thorough detailed inspection to truly determine value. I have inspected hundreds of mobiles and KNOW that it is impossible to value it on year alone.
