What is partial-services catering?

Partial service catering is an alternatve to full-service catering where the customer chooses the caterer's level of involvement in the event. This can mean anything from simply having the food prepared by a caterer and picked up at their location to having a fully staffed event where the customer does all the set up and clean up. The possibilities for incorporating catered foods into an event are almost limitless.

Many catererers offer pre-arranged partial catering packages in addition to full service packages, as well.
