Yes, Walmart does do a drug screening prior to employment. It's an urinalysis and you have a period of 24 hours to give your sample (to whatever lab they send you to) before you forfeit your employment. Also, they will test you a second time (and I believe a more thorough test) if you want to work behind the pharmacy counter as a tech.
