It depends on a number of things, including body weight, drug interactions, and the body's reaction to the dose. The LD (fatal amount) in animals is 250mg/kg. So at 1400mg/body weight in kg it's less likely, though still possible to fatally overdose. Signs of overdose include severe ataxia, coma, decreased heartbeat, decreased state of consciousness, rolling eyes, and seizures.

Even if this does not happen, due to the OD, you're still at elevated risk for SJS, which is fatal in 5 to 35% of cases. If the SJS spreads it becomes TEN which has an even higher mortality rate.

So yes, while unlikely, a 1400mg dose of Lamictal can kill you.
