Was there ever someone who fell out of the Zipper ride and died?

I think so. I think it happened at the Anoka County Fair in MN, or somewhere where the exact same ride was being used.

But if I were you, I would stay away from it because when it's used at the local fairs where I live, it breaks down often.

I typically try to avoid portable rides that go high and upside down.
