Explain how the principle of the care value base and worker responsibilities can be applied to promoting service user rights?

Start off by saying who and why these were introduced then say what the principles of the care value base are; promoting anti-discriminatory practice, maintaining confidentiality of information, promoting and supporting individuals rights to dignity, independence and safety, acknowledging an individuals personal beliefs and identity, protecting individuals from abuse, promoting effective communication and relationships and providing individualised patient care.

Now... explain these in relation to the workers responsibilities, this is the why and how part of the question so how do you ( as carer/worker) promote anti-discriminatory practice? Answer should include things like individual given choice , asked what is. isn't acceptable to care etc.

Do this with each heading and then complete with a nice conclusion!
