What is a good time for the 50-meter freestyle swim for a woman?

The world record is 18 seconds, if I am not mistaken. Mine is 29.86, which is pretty good, but could be better. On my team, I believe the record is 24 seconds for the boys, 25 for the girls. A good time is under 30 seconds, I suppose.
