The legacy of ancient rome

The Romans played major role in spreading Christianity in Europe and West Asia. They were also inventors of aqueducts; they also developed a lighter and stronger form of concrete. They also learned how to build taller and stronger buildings (residential and official buildings, not monuments, like Egyptian pyramids or Mesopotamian Ziggurats).
