How many miles can an atomic bomb blow up?

Cannot determine as there are too many variables:

• yield of the bomb
• height/depth of the detonation
• terrain around the detonation site
• structures standing around site before detonation
• if underground detonation what the rock types are and degree of fortification of target
• If underwater detonation what types of ships, etc. are at what distances and depths
• etc.
