Could it be the blower if you have cold air but there is no air pressure blowing through the vents?

Possibly but the unit could also just be frosted up. change it over to fan only for about 30 minutes or so, as the ice melts off you should feel more air come out, switch it back once the water flowing out of the drain is lessening.
