What is husk ointment?

The package says "H-U-S-K First Aid Ointment Antiseptic" Active ingredients are: Phenol, Benzocaine We used it for burns, especially when my husband worked for Domino's Pizza and would get burns from the ovens. It was a wonder at taking the pain away. Obviously, we still have a container, but it's getting old.
