Depends. Are you prescribed both of these medications, or are you taking them for recreation? *no judgment. Just important to know how you intend to take them as far as dosage is concerned. I'm sure most doctors would advise against mixing these to drugs as they are both stimulants and pretty much do almost the same thing with the distinction of Vyvanse working more toward the brain. Adipex dose as well, just not as much as it is used to decrease appetite. If you are being prescribed both my advice is just to stick to dosage and certainly don't take more of either one. This could result in many things, not to mention it could be fatal. Also I would suggest monitering your blood pressure while you are on either one of these meds.
