What are some the disadvantages of being a medical lab technician?

High stress and pressure, heavy workload, having to constantly be on your feet, overly demanding supervisors, very strict time constraints, super fast paced environment, apathetic attitudes from fellow med techs, and unreasonable expectations placed on you to name a few.
