How can I remove Air Freshener smell from pickup I am very allergic I have steamed interior and left open to air for several weeks Better but still unable to drive truck?

I know this sounds crazy but it seems to work every time I have tried it. McDonalds French Fries. Get a small fry and leave it in the bag and open in your truck for two days and it should work.
