What does it mean my boyfriend broke up with me just because you said you have doubt about him and wanted him to reassure me?

Then you deserve better, he doesn't care about your feelings. How do I know this? I was in the same situation a few weeks ago I had doubt that he still liked me and he reassured me and said "why on this tiny world would I break up with you?"
