When did they start building the first Concorde?

The construction of the first Concorde began in 1965, following a collaborative agreement between the British and French governments to develop a supersonic passenger aircraft. The first prototype, Concorde 001, was rolled out in 1967, and it made its maiden flight on March 2, 1969.
