How do you turn on the webcam on your Hp Envy?

Go to >My Computer. At the very bottom, it should show a picture of a video camera with 'USB Video Device #2'. Double click the picture and you should see the light for your webcam turn on and a live-feed video will appear. You can only take still photos from here.
