How many cylinders does a Subaru Forrester have?

The Subaru Forester comes in two types of engines in the new model. Both are horizontally opposed Subaru Boxer 4 cylinder engines. The most common is the 2.5 liter, naturally aspirated motor found in the 2.5i, Premium, Limited and Touring has 170hp and is the most common. Engine model is the FB25.

The Forester XT has a 2.0 Liter, Twin Scroll Turbo Charged, intercooled, Direct Injected engine. This engine is good for 250hp. It is found in the Forester XT Premium and XT Touring models. Engine model code is FB20-DIT
