A career in the Front Office gives me a platform to both utilize my communication abilities to welcome and assist the guests as well as to learn more about the industry in order to contribute more to the organisation with enhanced skills. The Front Office is the most appropriate domain in which I aim to perform tasks such as attending to guests of various kinds, their problems, complaints, requests and ensuring their smooth and comfortable stay with a promise of return business.
