What is the Minister's Role in the church?

A "minister" is to "SERVE" the Lord's flock. Guide them, edify them, teach them.

"Take heed to yourselves, and to all the flock, over which the Holy Spirit hath made you overseers, to FEED THE CHURCH OF GOD, which He hath perchased with His own blood." (Acts 20:28)
