Can you extract sperm after having a vasectomy to make a baby?

This is very good question. Any body tends to think on this line. This is not possible. The sperm becomes mature as though very long passage from the testicle to the ejaculate. There is very very long and thin tube from the testis to the vas diferen. Sperm has to pass via this passage to get ready for fertilization. It is not as easy like eating a cake.
