Why does your laptop keep crashing my computer keeps crashing everytime i go on it what do i do to prevent it?

If u have Windows vista its not as powerfull as Windows xp so big games lie the sims and sims 2 don't work and often crash.=I u have a computer speacialist near by ask him/her to make ur computer xp WARNING: all ur files will go and u will need to re-uplode everything==It will cost a lot of money but less then buying a new laptop==if u have vista i hope this helps!!!!!!=
